We kindly request a deposit of 50% of the total price via bank transfer to our account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We kindly ask you to transfer the remaining 50% of the total price to our bank account no later than one month before your arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u20ac 2.45 per person per night. Children up to 15 years are exempt from the tourist tax.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We charge \u20ac300 per stay for the one-time final cleaning of the holiday home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There is a carport with 2 parking spaces at the house, as well as 1 additional uncovered parking space, providing a total of 3 parking spots. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our holiday home is a non-smoking house. Smoking is only allowed on the balconies and the terrace!
The guest is liable to the landlord for the cost of a full cleaning and odor neutralization of the holiday home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pets are not allowed due to allergy considerations. The guest is liable to the landlord for the cost of a complete disinfection of the holiday home. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
In case of cancellation up to 3 months <\/strong>before the start of the vacation, the cancellation is free of charge<\/strong>, after that, cancellation fees of 50%<\/strong> of the total amount.
In case of cancellation 1 month <\/strong>before the start of the holiday, the guest will incur cancellation fees of 70%<\/strong> of the total amount.
In case of cancellation 1 Week<\/strong> before the start of the holiday, the guest will incur cancellation fees of 90%<\/strong> of the total amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- The guest is liable to the landlord for any damage caused by them or any persons for whom they are responsible. This includes, in particular, any compensation the landlord may have to provide to third parties. The guest shall hold the landlord harmless and indemnify them from any claims made by third parties.
- The guest is obligated to return the holiday home to the landlord in the same condition as it was when they took possession. Any missing or non-functional furniture or household items must be replaced by the guest in the form of compensation.
- Furthermore, the guest is liable for any laundry, bed linens, and bedding that have become unusable due to their behavior, as well as for the restoration of walls, furniture, carpets, etc., if these have been soiled or damaged by the guest or persons attributable to them. The guest is also responsible for any cleaning or repair work required due to their or their attributable persons' actions, which may prevent the holiday home from being used for the days following their stay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
