Terms and Conditions

  • Minimum stay: 3 nights
  • Minimum stay: 7 nights over new year, and 4 nights between February 1 and March 8
  • Deposit: 50% at the time of booking.
  • Full payment: 1 month before the start of the booking.
  • Cancellation fee:
    • Up to 3 months before the arrival date: free of charge.
    • Up to 1 month before the arrival date: 50% of the total price.
    • Up to 1 week before the arrival date: 70% of the total price.
    • In the last week before the arrival date: 90% of the total price.
  • Price plus local tax: 2.45 euros per person per day.
  • Price plus 300 euros for final cleaning.
