Snowy mountain landscape with ski tracks in the sunshine

Spring skiing in March

March may be the best month for skiing: the days are long, the sun already has real warmth, and after the February half-term and carnival holidays the slopes are usually quieter. From Chalet Glemm Alpin it is a four-minute drive to the valley station of the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn – and in the afternoon you are back at the quiet end of the valley.

Why March?

€515 per night for the whole chalet (14 Mar – 11 Apr 2027)

around 30% less – €735 in high winter

with 8 guests and 7 nights around €70 per person per night – including final cleaning, plus tourist tax

A spring day from the chalet

  1. Morning: breakfast at the big table in the Stubn, and by nine you are on the lift.
  2. Midday: lunch at a mountain hut – in March often outside in the sun.
  3. Afternoon: when the snow gets soft, head back to the chalet: boots off, out onto the terrace with its mountain view.
  4. Evening: a fire in the fireplace, the tiled stove warming the Stubn, and all eight of you around one table.

Easter at the chalet

Easter 2027 falls on 28 March – right in the middle of the ski season. With four double bedrooms and two bathrooms, the chalet is ideal for two families or a group of friends sharing an Easter ski holiday.
